To ensure that orders are progressed according to agreed delivery schedules, KM Furniture has specialised project management teams.
On agreement of a contract and completion of detailed drawings, a team is assigned to your order. it is their job to coordinate every detail and liaise with the factory and installation team. A project manager is on hand to keep the client informed of progress at every stage of manufacture through to completion of installation.
Design
Design and planning have always been the mainstay of KM’s activities. We have an experienced team of interior space planning specialists using the latest CAD and Facilities Management technology based both in Chesterfield and London. In addition, we have high quality three-dimensional imaging equipment which enables us to visualise accurately the proposed environment via 3D virtual walkthroughs.
The benefits of sophisticated CAD equipment becomes apparent when it comes to reconfigurations, enabling the available options to be explored rapidly. This allows speedy and accurate evaluation and costing of alternatives.
